 My healing sessions blend multiple intuitive modalities to meet you exactly where you are. You don't have to choose a method - I'll tune into your energy and offer what's most supportive in the moment. Here are the main tools I work with:

What happens in a session?

Each session begins with a brief check-in and intuitive scan of your energy field. Then, I use a combination of energy healing techniques - including Reiki, sacred geometry and intuitive guidance - based on what your body and spirit most need. You'll simply relax and receive. Most clients describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more whole. Every session is unique. Some people feel a lightness and calm immediately. Others notice clarity, peace, or emotional release in the days that follow.
